It is a wonderful gift to be an empath! But, if you have not learned to recognize and navigate your empath gifts, you can end up feeling anxious, unfulfilled in your relationships, and unhappy in some or many areas of your life.
I know this because, as an empath myself, I often used to feel that same way! That was until I truly understood my gifts. I learned to embrace them and implement strategies to thrive despite having high empathy and sensitivity.

EMPATH EXPLORATION ​
This 4 module course will provide you with a deeper learning experience on what it means to be an empath. It is primarily designed for you to explore and learn about your empath type(s) and gifts. You will also learn tips and strategies to protect your gifts through self-care, and setting boundaries.
Inside this course you will learn:
- common characteristics, unique gifts, and challenges of an empath
- the difference between having empathy and being an empath; the difference between empaths and highly sensitive people (HSPs)
- what intuition is, the different types of empaths and explore which type(s) best describes you and your unique gifts
- in depth self-care strategies to reduce anxiety or stress, protect your energy, and set boundaries with confidence
